🔄 Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as:

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

• You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please note: Used, damaged or incomplete items cannot be returned.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item or a replacement? No problem! Just let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange once we’ve received your return.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost returns.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
